We are a cozy home studio. OFFERING INFRARED HEATED AND UNHEATED CLASSES ALONG THE WEST HAVEN SHORELINE, SErving all of new haven county and beyond with yoga classes. WE OFFER tea FROM OUR VERY OWN APOTHECARY. AT HOUSE OF YOGA YOU WILL FIND A place to land in community. A place where your heart and mind can REST. A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN BE FREE.
